"Parking was requested in the booking, the car park is some distance away which was not mentioned. Takeaway vent from next door was extremely noisy although the reception area dealt with this very quickly to their credit. I would have requested a room at the front of the hotel overlooking Argyle street having now stayed there it would have been quieter. The hotel meets the standards of its star rating for budget accomodation in a major city centre."
